Who Can Use This Service

The Reserve & Collect service is available exclusively to LeShuttle Truck Drivers who hold a valid ticket.

Registration Requirement

A Truck Driver is required to register and place an order.

Product Availability

All items are offered subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we may need to cancel your order.

Order Cancellations.

In the rare case that an item becomes unavailable, Le Marché Duty-Free reserves the right to cancel your order.

Ticket Verification at Pickup

Please bring your valid ticket when collecting your order. We’ll need it to verify your identity.

Prices & Promotions

Prices and special offers may change. The final price will be the one in effect at the time of collection.

Returns & Refunds

We currently do not accept returns unless the item is in perfect condition—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Discounts

If applicable, discounts will be applied at the time of collection according to the current policy.

Purchase Limits

There is no purchase limit, but we suggest buying the product as per the permittable allowances.
