1. Who can use the Reserve & Collect service?
All LeShuttle Truck Drivers can pre-order products through lemarchereserveandcollect.eu.
Just click on the Register tab and fill out the form to get started.
2. How does it work?
Browse the website, register, choose your favorite products and offers, add them to your cart, and Reserve and Collect your order. It’s that easy!
3. Do I need to register to use the service?
No, you don’t need to register to use the service. However, we recommend for more details, updates, special offers and to modify your order make sure to sign up on our website.
4. Can I update my registration details later?
Yes, you can update your information anytime through your account settings.
5. Can I place an order for someone else?
No, each Truck Driver must place their own order.
Ordering & Services
1.Can I order in advance?
Yes! You can place your order anytime from 30 mins up to 30 days before your travel date. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
2. How many orders can I place?
You can make multiple orders using the same ID.
3. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before you receive the confirmation email.
4. How do I know if my registration was successful?
You’ll get a confirmation email. If not, please contact:

5. What if I receive the wrong item at pickup?
Please check your order at the collection point in the Truck Shop and contact the store team if there is an issue.

Collection
1. Where do I collect my order?
Your items will be ready for pickup at the Truck Shop collection point.
2. Can I change my order at pickup?
Yes, you can change your order at time of pickup. Please contact store staff for more information.
3. Can someone else collect my order?
No, only the person who placed the order can collect it, and they must show valid ID.
4. What are your custom allowances?
Maximum 4L of Spirits allowed per person aged 18+
Maximum 18L of Wine allowed per person aged 18+
Maximum 42L of Beer allowed per person aged 18+
It is your responsibility to buy within your custom allowance
